Katie Lamb

Katie Lamb has been a Research Fellow with the Safer Families team since 2019. She is the academic coordinator of the WEAVERS lived experience co-design research stream. Katie has a background in criminology and public policy and worked as a senior policy advisor in a range of Victorian government departments prior to undertaking her PhD. Since joining Safer Families, Katie has co-authored a number of key frameworks to support ethical co-produced research with victim survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence. She has also worked on a range of research projects and work commissioned by state and federal government entities and published on a range of issues relating to participatory engagement with adults and children who have experienced family and sexual violence.
